2. How the Extension Works

The Extension functions by interacting with the LinkedIn website you are actively viewing in your browser:

• It reads the publicly available Job ID from the LinkedIn job posting URL or page content.
• It makes a direct, secure request to LinkedIn's own internal APIs (https://www.linkedin.com/voyager/api/jobs/jobPostings/...) to retrieve the precise applicant count for that specific job posting. This is the same API that LinkedIn uses itself.
• The retrieved applicant count is then displayed directly on the LinkedIn job posting page within your browser.
• All data processing and display occur locally on your device. No information about you, your LinkedIn account, or the jobs you view is sent to our servers or any third parties.

3. Data Security

Since the Extension does not collect or transmit any user data, there is no user data for us to secure. Your information remains entirely on your device.

4. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
